Bob Hoffmann, President & CEO
After serving his country as an officer in the US Air Force, Bob has held many positions in the tech field, including application developer, network engineer, and CIO. His software products have been used by millions of users, and he has consulted with many Fortune 500 companies. Since 2001 he has been running and growing NetExpert. In addition to many industry certifications, and Bob Hoffmann holds advanced degrees in both engineering and business.
Cynthia Scott, Chief Technologist
Cindy has over 25 years in the I.T. industry. She has worked as database, systems administrator and systems integrator at Bellcore. She has also held demanding systems design, network integrator and consulting positions at Johnson & Johnson and other international pharmaceuticals and telephony corporations. She holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science as well as business and engineering minors. In her free time she enjoys painting, photography and martial arts.
William Schaefer, Director Client Services
Bill has over 25 years of experience in managing excellent client service relationships. He brings tremendous focus and energy to Net Expert’s Client Services division. Under Bill’s leadership, we have implemented a state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management system, as well as our new tablet-based issue tracking system.
